02 - 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

→ Sweetener

03 - 1/3 cup sugar or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

→ Liquids

04 - 2 cups cold water
05 - Ice cubes, as needed

06 - Lemon slices
07 - Fresh mint sprigs

# How To Make It:

01 - Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.

05 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or serve immediately over ice. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint before serving.

# Handy Tips:

01 -
  • The natural sweetness means you can go lighter on added sugar than you think
  • It comes together in literally fifteen minutes flat
02 -
  • Frozen watermelon cubes work brilliantly as ice cubes that do not water down your drink
  • A tiny pinch of salt transforms the drink from flat to professionally balanced
03 -
  • Roll lemons firmly on the counter before juicing to maximize yield
  • Use ripe watermelon at room temperature for the sweetest results
