For the Thai cucumber salad, wash the cucumbers and cut lengthwise into fine strips or twist through a spiral slicer. Mix the herbs with chili, garlic and the remaining ingredients – except the Gomasio.
Mix the cucumbers with the dressing and serve sprinkled with gomasio.
