Cut 1/3 of the bread into small pieces as a lid. Later, hollow out the whole bread and cut into thin slices.
Garlic scghaelen, with dried tomatoes and olives in a hand blender. Mix the quantity with olive oil, season with salt, season with pepper.
Mash Roquefort with a fork, stir in butter and chive rolls.
Spread the two spreads alternately between two slices of bread and place again in the hollowed out loaf.
Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
