*Cut the sandwich roll into 5 mm thick slices, cut in half diagonally, and remove as much of the inner part (the pork) from the halves with a narrow, long kitchen knife so that a 1 cm thick edge remains all around.

Cut the plaice into small pieces, drizzle with milk and pull. Cut salami, ham, Emmental and gherkins into 5 mm small cubes. Peel eggs and grate coarsely.

Beat soft butter until creamy. Gervais, mayo, squeezed cheese, sausage, schmolle, ham, cucumbers and parsley to the butter rub off form, season with salt, pepper and mustard and mix well.
