A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Sauté the onion in half the butter until translucent.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and put the caps aside.

Drain the watered dried mushrooms and chop them as well as the mushroom stems. Add to the onions in the frying pan with the garlic and sauté for another 2-3 min until soft.

Pour the mushroom mixture into a suitable bowl, add bread crumbs, egg and kitchen herbs and season. Melt butter and brush the mushroom hats with it. Place the hats on a baking tray and fill. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Top each mushroom with a slice of ham and serve garnished with parsley.
