Naturally sweet frozen popsicles bursting with fresh strawberry and watermelon flavors. A healthy, refreshing summer treat the whole family will love.

# What You Need:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeded
02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

→ Flavorings

03 - 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
04 - 1-2 tbsp honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup (optional)

# How To Make It:

01 - Place the watermelon cubes and strawberries in a blender container.
02 - Pour in the lime juice and sweetener if using.
03 - Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
04 - Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
05 - Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
06 - To remove, briefly run the mold under warm water and gently pull out the popsicles. Serve immediately.

# Handy Tips:

01 -
  • The natural fruit sugars mean you can skip added sweeteners entirely if your produce is ripe enough
  • They freeze into the most beautiful ruby color that makes everyone assume they took hours to make
02 -
  • Room temperature fruit blends much smoother than cold fruit straight from the fridge
  • Overfilling molds will make removal nearly impossible, so resist the urge to squeeze in that last tablespoon
03 -
  • Fill your sink with warm water before attempting to remove popsicles, it's easier than running each mold under the tap individually
  • Invest in silicone molds if you plan to make these often, they make removal so much less dramatic
