Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

1. make pasta in a saucepan with salted water 8-10 min (until al dente). Drain well.

2. in the meantime, heat oil in a large saucepan and sauté onions and garlic for 1 minute.

Add sliced mushrooms to saucepan and sauté over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. reduce temperature, add spinach to saucepan and do 4-5 min, stirring occasionally, until spinach is soft.

5. stir in pine nuts and wine, season heavily with salt and freshly ground pepper and make 1 min.

6. put pasta in a warmed bowl for serving, pour the sauce over it form and mix well. Garnish with the grated Parmesan and bring to the table.

Tip: A tiny bit of nutmeg adds a spicy note to the dish. It goes exceptionally well with spinach.

For this recipe, you can use any shape of pasta you have on hand. Multicolored pasta, such as tri-color pasta, achieve the best effect visually.
