Tender chicken, creamy avocado, and crisp vegetables wrapped with spicy seasonings.

# What You Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 14 ounces)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ Wraps & Fillings

09 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)
10 - 1 large ripe avocado, sliced
11 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
12 - 1 medium tomato, diced
13 - ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
14 - ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
15 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
16 - 1 tablespoon lime juice

→ Sauce

17 - 2 tablespoons hot sauce (sriracha or preferred brand)
18 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of chicken breasts.
02 - Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
03 - Whisk together hot sauce and mayonnaise in small bowl until smooth.
04 - Heat tortillas in dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
05 - Spread 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or sour cream on each tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado slices. Add sliced chicken, drizzle with spicy sauce, sprinkle with cilantro, and squeeze lime juice over top.
06 - Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

# Handy Tips:

01 -
  • The spice rub creates this incredible crust that locks in all the chicken's juices while adding layers of smoky flavor
  • You get that perfect balance of hot and cool, crunchy and creamy in every single bite
02 -
  • Letting the chicken rest for five minutes after cooking makes all the difference between juicy and dry meat
  • Dry your lettuce completely or your wrap will get soggy within minutes
03 -
  • Slice your chicken against the grain for the most tender bites
  • If your tortillas crack when folding, wrap the whole thing in parchment and microwave for ten seconds
