Instructions:

Prepare a smooth dough from the dough ingredients. Cover and rest for half an hour. Cut ham into small cubes, finely cut wild garlic into strips. (keep a few leaves for garnish) Cut selchkaree into small cubes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Foam butter in a frying pan, fry ham in it, add chopped wild garlic leaves and steam for 3 to 5 min until soft.

Put in a cold place. Grease a baking pan, roll out the dough, spread the pan with it up to the edge and prick the bottom of the dough a few times with a fork. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, add the wild garlic, grated cheese and selchkaree, season and spread evenly on the dough. Bake in the oven for about 45 to 60 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with wild garlic leaves.
