From aluminum foil cut four sheets of 30 x 30 cm and shape them into small “cooking pots”. Place on a table grill and melt butter in it. Spread finely chopped onion evenly in it and add the sausage slices.
On each slice of sausage spread a little bit of paradeis pulp and a slice of cheese evenly. On top of it, form an egg, season. Close aluminum foil and press together at the ends (be careful: hot!).
Roast for about 5 min until cheese is melted.
