Preheat oven in time to 200 degrees (convection oven: 180 degrees ).
Brush the bottom of a shallow gratin dish with oil (I).
Arrange the rolls (baguette), tomatoes, arugula and mozzarella in alternating layers. Drizzle with oil (Ii), season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees on the middle rack for 15-20 min until the cheese has melted.
