For the ricotta brownies, melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the cocoa, and brown sugar and stir. Immediately remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl.

Beat 2 eggs and add to the butter mixture with the flour. Mix with the mixing bowl until smooth. Then pour into a shallow dish.

Mix well the ricotta with 1 beaten egg and the white sugar. Now pour this mixture on top of the brown dough and mix with a fork to create a nice marble pattern.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes and then let cool.
