Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Rinse and dry the meat and cut into cubes of about 3x3cm. Remove the peel from the onion and garlic and finely dice. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the meat cubes in it in batches until hearty. Add the onion and garlic cubes and sauté.

Stir in the paradeis pulp and paprika powder and stir-fry briefly. Add salt and about a third of the water. Let everything boil up and steam the meat with closed lid at low temperature in about 40 min.

Peel, rinse and dice the potatoes. Briefly scald the tomatoes, peel and dice them, removing the stalks.

Halve the peppers, remove seeds and septum, rinse and cut into strips. Rinse the beans and cut them into pieces.

Pour the prepared vegetables and long grain rice to the meat and fold in. Add the rest of the water, boil and cook for another 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the long grain rice is grainy. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
