Instructions:

Heat clarified butter in a frying pan. Place 1 tbsp rice mixture for a square at a time in the frying pan, spreading a tiny bit apart. Roast the cookies for 2 min on each side.

E.g. serve with duck breast fillets with strawberry-rhubarb chutney.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
