Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Sauté spaghetti in plenty of boiling hot salted water with oil until al dente. Rinse chives, dry, chop into rolls.

In the meantime, grate fresh mushrooms with a wet utensil, clean stems. Cut into quarters or slices, depending on size. Allow canned mushrooms to drain. Sprinkle mushrooms with juice of one lemon. Sauté without fat in a coated frying pan for about 3 minutes. Add shrimps and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain spaghetti, cool immediately, add to crabs and mushrooms in frying pan. Sway briefly. Sprinkle with chive rolls before serving.
