Instructions:

Cut onion into small cubes. Peel the potato and cut into thin slices. Cut bell bell pepper, tomato and melanzani into cubes.

Cut chicken into thin strips.

Heat oil and fry onion and chicken briefly and hot. Add peas, bell bell pepper and potatoes and fry hot for about 5 minutes.

Add the melanzani and fry them hot as well. Simmer gently on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Mix in tomato and simmer gently again for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and grated herbs.
