Instructions:

First, soak the lentils. Rinse the quinoa, drain and bubble in the water with the four cloves and swell over a gentle heat. Remove the cloves. Then soak the lentils in the soaking water with sea salt until not too soft. The cooking time depends on the soaking time (e.g. soaking time 4 hours – cooking time 10 min).

Pour off excess cooking water. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the quinoa mass with the spices first, then add the lentils and finally the pumpkin cubes.
