For the puff pastry pizza, cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets, boil briefly in salted water with caraway seeds, strain and let cool.

Cut ham into cubes, whisk whipping cream and eggs. Roll out the dough a bit, put it on a baking tray covered with baking paper and fold in the edge about 2 cm.
