Try this delicious cake recipe:

Roll out dough into a rectangle or use ready rolled Jowa puff pastry. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut into 20 rectangular pieces of approximately the same size. Brush rectangles with egg and draw diagonal stripes with fork.

Bake in a heated oven at 220 °C for about 20 minutes. Cool down a bit.

Cut the puff pastry “Chüsseli” (pillows) in half with a serrated knife to make bottoms and tops.

Whip the cream until stiff, cut the salmon into small strips and mix with the cream. Add horseradish and season everything together. Divide amount evenly among the bases and place the lids on top. Garnish with dill.
