Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Pour bread cubes with warm milk and raisins with rum and soak both for a while.

Mix the ingredients “butter … Vanilla sugar” in a baking bowl to a smooth dough.

Squeeze the bread cubes and raisins and add to the dough form. Beat egg whites until very stiff.

Repeatedly stir the mixture well and finally gently stir in the snow.

Fill the dough into a buttered soufflé dish, place in a hot water bath and bake in a heated oven at 175 °C for about 60 to 70 minutes. After baking, turn the soufflé out of the mold onto a plate, let it cool a little, dust it with enough powdered sugar and serve it still warm.

Serve with vanilla or blueberry sauce instead of powdered sugar. Drink: fresh coffee or a glass of peach punch.

Tip: If you don’t like raisins, just leave them out.
