Dissolve the yeast in warm, slightly sweetened milk. Mix the flour with salt. Crush the margarine. Knead all ingredients together. Let the dough rest covered until it rises. After about 1 hour, turn out the dough (about 1cm thick). Put peeled and cut peaches on top and bake for about 20-25min/180°C.
