For the pasta with Asia-Sugo, first peel the onion, chop finely. Clean the bell bell pepper and celery, rinse, finely dice.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté tartar for 1 to 2 minutes. Add onion, bell bell pepper and celery, sauté another 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in clear soup. Add mint and paprika powder, simmer on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Cook spaghettini in boiling hot salted water according to package directions. Drain in a sieve and allow to drain.
Mix yogurt with garlic and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
Serve pasta with Asian sauce, dip and garnish with mint.
