# Handy Tips:

01 -
  • Everything cooks together on one pan so cleanup is practically nonexistent
  • The honey garlic glaze caramelizes beautifully creating that restaurant-quality finish
  • Its packed with colorful vegetables but still feels hearty and satisfying
02 -
  • Stirring halfway through is crucial for even cooking and getting caramelization on all sides
  • Dont overcrowd the pan or the vegetables will steam instead of roast
  • The glaze will thicken and get sticky in the oven which is exactly what you want
03 -
  • Pat your vegetables dry before tossing with the glaze for better caramelization
  • Room temperature ingredients roast more evenly than cold ones straight from the fridge
