Instructions:

For the nut nougat pockets, remove the puff pastry from the package and cut into 6 rectangles of equal size.

Cut the nougat into pieces, put 2 pieces of nougat and 1 tablespoon of ground almonds on each rectangle. Fold the rectangles together and brush with yolk.

Bake the nut-nougat pockets in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes.
