Instructions:

Finely grate the marzipan. Cream butter with sugar, yolks and egg. Gradually add marzipan, chocolate coating and nougat and stir in flour. Fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small sticks with a serrated or smooth nozzle onto a prepared baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 165 to 175 °C for 8 to 10 minutes until light. Fill with chocolate cream if desired and decorate with chocolate icing.Chocolate buttercream:Cream butter until fluffy. Gradually stir in fondant. Mix in melted chocolate coating and season with rum.

Preparation Tip:

Taste unfilled also very good as an addition to ice cream creations.
