For the naan bread, mix the flour with sugar, salt and dry ferment. Peel and chop the garlic cloves.

Then add to the flour mixture with lukewarm milk, yogurt, oil, cumin, coriander and egg. Knead everything together well and let the dough rise, covered, until the dough has doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Then knead the dough well again and dust the work surface with a little flour.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll up in a teardrop shape. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the naan breads on it. Then place in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Melt the butter, add chopped cilantro. Brush the still warm naan breads with the melted butter and cilantro.
