For the multigrain bread, put the flour, curd, egg and salt in a mixing bowl. Warm the buttermilk slightly, dissolve the yeast in it, then add to the other ingredients.

Knead in the food processor for about 3 minutes on the highest speed. Then knead the dough again on the work surface with your hands, if it is still too wet add more flour so that you can easily form it into a loaf.

Line a microwave dish (glass) with a lid, with baking paper. Put the dough in the dish, moisten your hand with lukewarm water and smooth the dough with it.

Score the dough crosswise. Sprinkle with whole grain oatmeal. Put the lid on and bake the multigrain bread in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 70 minutes. Do not remove the lid beforehand!

Preparation Tip:

Depending on your taste, you can still mix grains, such as flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds in the multigrain bread. With this bread you do not need to include any waiting time!
