Instructions:

Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft, remove from heat.

Mix garlic, parsley, onion. Bread rolls, egg and minced meat to a meat dough, season with paprika, salt, pepper and mustard. Form meat loafs and roast in oek for 4 min. on each side. Remove and keep warm.

Extinguish beard fat with beer, let it boil briefly. Add flour mixed with water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 minute.

Serve the meat loaf with the sauce.

Serve with Mashed potatoes
