For the mango-cocoa cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Cut mango into small pieces, mix yolks, powdered sugar and coconut milk until creamy.

Mix in cocoa powder, flour and baking powder, fold in mango cubes snow carefully. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.

Bake the mango-cocoa cake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

The mango cocoa cake can still be covered with a glaze and decorated / sprinkled as desired.
