Instructions:

Rinse and clean crayfish tails, leaving tails on. Chop garlic, halve onion, cut into fine rings. Cut tomatoes into eighths. Cut cucumber into 1 cm slices.

Heat oil, roast crab tails for about 2 min. Pour in long grain rice, stir well, then add tomatoes, oyster sauce, onions and light soy sauce, stir well quickly, season.

Put cucumber on the edge of the plate, fill long grain fried rice, bring to the table with namplaprik.

Namplaprik : Stir all ingredients together.

Serve with a fried egg or an omelet cut into strips.
