For the lemon pepper hake fillet, first cook the lentils (need about 30 minutes – salt only after cooking, otherwise it will take forever).

Then sear the hake fillets in olive oil on both sides on medium heat and add the lemon pepper (according to taste – about 1 teaspoon per 100 g hake fillet) and simmer again for 5 minutes until the fillets are nicely cooked.

Serve the lemon pepper hake fillets best with a glass of white wine 🙂
