- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the slider buns in half horizontally while keeping them connected as a sheet. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the bottom buns. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange the pepperoni slices in an even layer, then top with the remaining mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the layered fillings, pressing down gently to compact the sliders.
- Combine the melted butter with garlic powder and brush generously over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are golden brown.
- While the sliders bake, gently warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in the hot sauce until fully combined. Keep warm for drizzling.
- Remove the sliders from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Use a serrated knife to cut along the bun seams into individual sliders. Drizzle generously with the warm hot honey just before serving.
