Dry the meat. Chop the peppers and pour the oil over them. Leave the meat pieces to marinate in it for one night with the lid closed.

Clean, rinse and dice the peppers, dice the tomatoes as well.

Mix the drained hominy with the diced peppers and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Butter in flakes on top.
