Dandelion Tea Herbal Infusion (Print Version)

A light, earthy herbal infusion made from fresh or dried dandelion petals and greens, offering detoxifying and digestive properties.

# What You Need:

→ Dandelions

01 - 2 cups fresh dandelion petals and/or leaves, thoroughly washed (or 2 tablespoons dried)

→ Water

02 - 2 cups filtered water

→ Optional Additions

03 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
04 - 1 slice lemon (optional, for brightness)

# How To Make It:

01 - Thoroughly rinse the fresh dandelion petals and leaves under cold running water to remove any dirt or bugs.
02 - Bring the filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle.
03 - Place the dandelion petals and/or leaves in a teapot or heatproof container.
04 - Pour the boiling water over the dandelions.
05 - Cover and let steep for 8-10 minutes.
06 - Strain the tea into cups, discarding the solids.
07 - Add honey or lemon if desired. Serve hot.
