Instructions:

For the currant chocolate slice, first prepare the dough. For the dough, mix the yolks with the sugar until very foamy (about 5 minutes). Add water and oil and mix for another 5 minutes.

Mix cocoa with flour and baking powder and fold in alternately with the beaten egg white. Bake at about 170 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool and spread with jam.

Spread the currant on top. For the cream, whip the whipped cream until stiff, mix the mascarpone with sugar until smooth and fold into the whipped cream.

For the glaze, melt chocolate, coconut fat in whipped cream – low temperature – and coat the slices with it.
