A simple but delicious cake recipe:

1. preheat oven to 200 GardC. Peel the potatoes, rinse, dry with kitchen paper and grate finely. Potato mixture in a straining cloth (cotton or linen) form, twist ends together and squeeze out liquid well.

2. remove the skin from the onion and finely dice. Add onion, flour and eggs to potatoes, season with salt, pepper and marjoram and mix well. Cut the sausage into slices. 3.

Grease a loaf pan (1 liter capacity) with a little melted butter. Layer potato mixture and sausages in it.

Pour the remaining butter on the surface.

4. put the crust cake into the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour. After 30 min, sprinkle surface with bread crumbs.

Lightly mix sour cream, pour on top and finish crust cake.

Serve with apple or pear compote or a fresh green leaf salad.
