For the chocolate pie with strawberries, first melt 40 g butter and let it cool down again. Preheat the oven to 180 °C bottom and top heat. Brush a pie dish (26 cm) with the remaining butter and sprinkle with flour.

Wash the strawberries and raspberries, pat dry, chop and mix with the starch and 1 tsp vanilla sugar.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, remaining vanilla sugar and salt over a hot water bath until very foamy. Remove from the water bath and continue beating until the mixture has cooled. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder, sift onto the foam mixture and fold in. Fold in the butter and pour half of the mixture into the mold.

Smooth it out and top with the berries. Spread the remaining batter on top and bake the cake in the oven for 35-40 minutes (test with a stick). Remove from the oven and let cool. To serve, dust the chocolate pie with strawberries with powdered sugar.
