As a main course / total preparation time: approx. 20 min. plus approx. 20 min. for cooking the chestnuts.

Rinse the meat, rub dry, season with salt and season with pepper. Heat the oil in a coated frying pan and sear the meat on all sides, then cook until done. Remove and keep warm.
