For the chanterelle strudel, first clean and cut the chanterelles. Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until translucent.

Add the salted meat cut into small cubes, fry briefly and then steam the chanterelles until the juice has boiled away.

Beat the eggs and add them (keep a little for brushing). Add salt and pepper. When the eggs have set, spread the filling on the rolled out puff pastry and close.
