Instructions:

To make Campari Orange Ice Lollipops, first prepare a liqueur sugar according to the basic recipe, but with the amounts given here. Allow to cool completely.

Squeeze oranges and lemon, setting aside a few orange slices for garnish beforehand if desired.

Blend Campari with fining sugar, orange and lemon juice. (Use a little more or less fining sugar depending on taste).

If desired, place one orange slice in each popsicle mold and top with Campari Orange Mix.

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze Campari Orange Ice Lollipops for at least eight hours, but preferably overnight.

Preparation Tip:

The Campari Orange ice lollipops can optionally be prepared with other citrus fruits, such as grapefruit.
