Instructions:

Remove the stems from the blackberries, remove the bad fruit and fill the berries with the vanilla sugar, candy, spices and the grain in a bottle.

Close well. Leave to infuse at room temperature for 3 months.

Then filter the liqueur and pour it back into the bottle repeatedly, close well.

Store cooled for a few more weeks and then pour off.
