Instructions:

Cut peeled avocado, washed peppers and washed leek into very fine cubes. Add the chopped egg and the remaining ingredients, season with salt, pepper and cayenne (add kitchen herbs to taste).

For the sauce: stir sour cream to taste with freshly finely chopped chives, seasoning with cayenne pepper, pepper and salt.

Use a tablespoon to form three dumplings per person from the tartar. Form a bouquet from lettuce leaves, spread the dumplings evenly all around, garnish with whitefish and sour cream sauce.
