For the apricot-ribs marble cake, first beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then slowly pour in the oil and continue beating.

Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the egg mixture with the eggnog. Pour half of the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet.
