Mix the eggs on a plate with a little bit of salt. Distribute the flour and breadcrumbs evenly on 2 plates. Mix the breadcrumbs with enough pepper, salt and the oregano.
Cut the mozzarella into 2 cm thick slices. Turn the mozzarella slices first in flour, then in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs on the other side.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pot to 195 degrees. Fry 4 slices in oil at the same time for 2 to 3 minutes.
