For the mug cake, whisk yolks, oil and powdered sugar until fluffy. Stir in nuts, sour cream and Benco cocoa. Beat until stiff.

Fold in flour, baking powder and snow. Bake at 170 °C for approx. 35 minutes

Preparation Tip:

If you like, cover the cupcake with chocolate icing.
