Instructions:

Cut off the pumpkin, apple and potatoes and cook in the clear soup for about 30 minutes. Boil, grind with a blender and season with wine, whipped cream, juice of one lemon, pepper, and salt.

Garnish with chopped parsley and oil.

Tip: This goes excellently with slices of fried blunzen!
