For the carp in the tube, wash the fish and pat dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt inside and out. Put some of the herbs with butter flakes in the belly.

Place the washed, diced vegetables next to the fish. Place the thinly sliced bacon on top of the fish, and if desired, place remaining bacon on top of the vegetables. Place remaining herbs and butter flakes over fish. Pour in white wine and soup or water. Keep basting the fish with its own juices while roasting.

Roast the carp in the oven at 200°C for 30-60 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).
