For the Asia Kale, dry roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan.

Rinse chicken breast, cut into 3 cm strips. Marinate with 2-3 tbsp each of soy and chili sauce.

Rinse cabbage, cut out hard stalks, cut cabbage into strips. Peel onion, chop into small cubes. Halve bell bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine strips. Drain pineapple and cut into small cubes.

Heat oil and brown meat in batches, remove.

Sauté bell bell pepper and onion. Add cabbage and soup, steam for 10 minutes. Add meat and pineapple, season with soy sauce, pepper, chili sauce, salt and juice of one lemon.

Sprinkle the Asia kale with the toasted sesame seeds.

Preparation Tip:

Serve basmati rice with the Asian kale!
