For the pasta Asciutta the onion, peel and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat some olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the onion until golden brown, add bacon cubes and olive oil and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the minced meat and stir-fry. Add the whole can of diced tomatoes and pour 1/8 red wine. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
