For the Raffaello Christmas balls, first melt the white chocolate and butter. Whisk the two ingredients with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and coconut oil.
It is best to take a fresh orange, squeeze the juice and mix 4 tablespoons to the mixture. Now add 4 tablespoons of rum (you can also simply take an additional 4 tablespoons of orange juice).
Chill the finished Raffaello mixture. This often takes a few hours. When the mass has become reasonably firm, form small balls and incorporate a whole almond in each.
Finally, roll in a little coconut and place in small paper cups.
Preparation Tip:
The Raffaello Christmas balls can also be made without rum or with coconut liqueur.
